If you are not satisfied with the received item, in terms of "package displacement" or "damage item", please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and allow us to fix the unforeseen error. However, all sales are final. Items purchased will not be returned and/or exchanged. All packages are securely packed using high quality bubble wrap and PU foam to protect the items ordered.
We request you to ship the returned items to us and a replacement will be sent once the product is checked by quality check team.
We will not compensate the amount paid to ship the product back, as we are not responsible for any unexpected shipping damages.
